Project Overview
Brief
This project explored how a dermatology-focused extension of Dove could communicate care without feeling clinical or distant. The challenge was to balance credibility with emotional comfort.
Solution
The concept reframes dermatological skincare as something gentle and reassuring. The design language is minimal and calming, allowing trust and care to take precedence over aggressive problem-solving narratives.
My Role
Researched skincare communication and user psychology. Developed the concept direction, visual tone and brand expressions aligned with Dove’s existing values.
